Federal judge allows lawsuit against Donald Trump for violence at Kentucky rally

Donald Trump's calls for violence in his presidential rallies could hurt him again - in court. A federal judge in Kentucky has overturned a request by Trump's attorneys to dismiss a lawsuit alleging that the man who is now president incited violence against demonstrators at a demonstration in Louisville last year.

Federal Judge David J. Hale wrote in his decision on Friday that Trump plausibly "intended that members of the hearing act according to his words" when he ordered demonstrators to be expelled from their demonstration in March.

Three protesters - Kashiya Nwanguma, Molly Shah and Henry Brousseau - have alleged that, as demonstrated at the demonstration, Trump shouted "Get out of here" just before several members of the audience, including a white supremacist, attacked them.
